topic Galaxy Tab E not Streaming in Collector in Mobile GIS Questions

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab E (SM-T378V) that will not collect data via the streaming method in collector when the screen is locked/shut off. Is there any way to have keep collector running when the screen is shut off? I have collector selected as an "unmonitered" app in the power settings, but I cant find any other setting to toggle.
