Running ArcGIS Server 10.3 and using Windows Domain Authentication. We log into the Explorer App using our enterprise logins. When we open a map, we get prompted again for an enterprise login which is fine, b/c the app seems to remember it. The map opens just fine on iPads and iPhones. However, on my Samsung Note 4, I get an error that says:

"Failed to open the layer <LAYER>. The ArcGISFeaturelayer cannot be initialized."

Then below this message it lists out the REST endpoint of the service it's trying to reach....which has an HTTP web address. On my Note 4, I can try and navigate directly to the REST endpoint listed, and it will find it, but it puts an HTTPS in the URL. not sure if that's a browser thing or a security thing or what.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Thx
