topic Layers will not display in Explorer Mobile App from Android but will display in iOS in Mobile GIS Questions https://community.esri.com/t5/mobile-gis-questions/layers-will-not-display-in-explorer-mobile-app/m-p/846878#M132 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><P>Running ArcGIS Server 10.3 and using Windows Domain Authentication.&nbsp; We log into the Explorer App using our enterprise logins.&nbsp; When we open a map, we get prompted again for an enterprise login which is fine, b/c the app seems to remember it.&nbsp; The map opens just fine on iPads and iPhones.&nbsp; However, on my Samsung Note 4, I get an error that says:</P><P></P><P></P><P><STRONG>"Failed to open the layer &lt;LAYER&gt;.
