ArcGIS Mobile GPS Component does not work with specific GPS Model

Hi everyone!

We have an application for Windows Mobile 5.0-6.5 that uses ArcGIS Mobile 10.1 for Windows Mobile. We are having an issue when using ArcGIS Mobile GPS Component with a specific GPS model. The application crashes probably on the event that is capturing the coordinates through the GPS output port.

The application works great with this model (Intermec CN3):

And it crashes when using this one (Intermec CN51):

If we use an external GPS (Bluetooth GPS) with the CN51, the application works too. So, we are sure that the GPS is the problem.
