I am new to esri community, I have been a traditional user of Arc products, but I want to learn some new skills in development. It would be very helpful if some can guide me to start as a beginner. I am looking if someone can be my mentor.

Hi Ravindra,

I would encourage you to sign-up for ArcGIS Developers. You can choose the language/ platform of your interest. It comes with an extensive documentation, guide and samples.

Also explore the Developers space/sub-spaces of your interest in the Esri Community. You will come across various blogs, questions, documents, videos and ideas for each topic.
