Modelling traffic congestion using GIS

Hi everyone. I'm Olivier, student in final year at the University of Rwanda, Rwanda. Currently, I'm working on my Project entitled " Traffic congestion modelling using GIS in City of Kigali, Rwanda". I, therefore, want to make my project as better as i can.

Please any recommendation like articles, videos, courses will be highly appreciated.
