New to GIS

Hello all, I'm new to GIS and Esri. I've been an IT Application Specialist for 20 years but now I'm trying my hand at GIS. I had no idea GIS was as big an industry as it is and I look forward to diving in. I now work for my local city as the GIS Coordinator and have been enjoying my time entering data and solving various issues with ArcGIS.
