Mapping school response routes. Cartography issues with routes sharing lines.

Hi, I am having some issues with the best way to display my analysis data. I ran an analysis on police cars to schools each police car responding to 3 schools. The data is good and what everyone wants to see but I am having an issue with displaying it cartographically correct esp when the routes in some spots share lines.

I also noticed that the labels can be a bit confusing also as it shows different times on 1 line.

SHould I be breaking these out to single layers to display property? Attaching a screen shot for example.
