Problems with the Time Display Bar (Time Slider application)

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing some problems with the Time display bar (Time Slider Application)

I want to display progressively dates from 2014 to 2018 with an interval of one year.

The time display is correct "from 2014 to 2016".

but when the dates are changing "from 2014 to 2017" I obtain "AM to AM".

Check the result:

Same thing "from 2014 to 2018"

My question is: Why do I have AM to AM?

I have tried to fix the problem:

- creating a new "DATE" field in my attribute table

- changing the Time properties of my computer

- importing again the layer on AGOL with "Share As Service" in Arcmap

Then, I have decided to create a time bar from 2016 to 2018 (just in order to check if the problems did not come from my "DATE" field)

Here is the result

The displaying seems good.

In conclusion, I am lost!
