      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peter, you are correct, enabling attachments is not available with Basic.&amp;nbsp; Another option you have is to create a new field of type 'Raster' and add the image to this field.&amp;nbsp; See the following link:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.2/index.html#//009t000001np000000" title="http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.2/index.html#//009t000001np000000"&gt;ArcGIS Help (10.2, 10.2.1, and 10.2.2)&lt;/A&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note:&amp;nbsp; the data must be a geodatabase feature class in order to create a field of type Raster&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
