I am working with the 10.1 Prerelease. When I did some Key Numbering with some islands in the Caribbean, I find some full labels may interfere with the key numbers. In the example, 2,3,4 are between the words Sint Maarten. The 2,3,4 numbers seem to run into each other too. Also the Saint Vincent label runs into the 9. We have seen and fixed an issue where key number lists were overlapping labels, so hopefully your problem will be resolved in 10.1 final.
