topic ArcMap 10.2 Glitch? in Mapping Questions https://community.esri.com/t5/mapping-questions/arcmap-10-2-glitch/m-p/650331#M7088 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><SPAN>I seem to be sporadically encountering a strange glitch in ArcMap 10.2:</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>-I downloaded the USA counties map from ArcGIS online.</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>-I selected only counties in California and created a new layer from this, which I called "California Counties" and saved as a layer file.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>-I use this layer file to work with CA county data.
