The end result requires me to be able to plot both the natural origin and the false origins of a state for all it's different coordinate systems. These have to be plotted visibly as well as all the necessary meridians and/or parallels for each state section. I've been trying to accomplish this with the grids feature of the arc map data frames, but so far I have been unsuccessful.
