Hi Jeremy, have you tried using the Make Grids and Graticules tool? Here is the help file for that: ArcGIS Help (10.2, 10.2.1, and 10.2.2)

I'm wrapping up a workshop project on state plane coordinate systems. The end result requires me to be able to plot both the natural origin and the false origins of a state for all it's different coordinate systems. These have to be plotted visibly as well as all the necessary meridians and/or parallels for each state section. I've been trying to accomplish this with the grids feature of the arc map data frames, but so far I have been unsuccessful. Does anyone have any suggestions that I might be able to try in order complete this?
