I have non network pipeline network, how to add in schematic.

You can use either the Custom Query capabilities or the XML capabilities of ArcGIS Schematics for this. In either case, you will need to come up with some way to derive connectivity since there isn't a geometric network involved. This can simply be From and To fields directly on the pipe feature class.
