      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The basemap services are all cached, and not downloadable.&amp;nbsp; However, Esri does offer a product called Data Appliance for ArcGIS, which contains the same basemap services.&amp;nbsp; You can read more about the Data Appliance here -&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://www.esri.com/data/basemaps.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.esri.com/data/basemaps.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
