to show multiple labels in legend-arcmap 9.3

Hi,

Can any body help how to show multiple labels in Legend box.

for Example :-please check the attachment

I have polygon layer which has two attribute columns are there.

one attribute i have labeled in the map itself(1) and other one i have shown

in the legend box(block). I want to put the label which is displayed in the map(1)

to be shown in the middle of the legend box.
