I recently changed my coordinate system to a north polar projection. However, when I switch back to simple cylindrical, Arc does not show anything south of 0 latitude. I had set up the simple cylindrical projection in Catalogue and re-projected it in Map. I've tried going back through the process thinking I might be able to change the extent of the map, however, I'm not finding a place I can do this.
