Thanks for the earlier reply about coding in an option to open gallery items as ArcGIS Explorer Online presentations.

Now I'd like to request an option to show link(s) at the bottom of the basic map viewer to point to the ArcGIS.com viewer and possibly others. Like with the Gallery and basic viewer we hosted on our San Mateo County (Calif) web server here .

The capability at ArcGIS.com > map > share > embed includes a similar link to "View in Larger Map". This sends the map ID to the ArcGIS.com viewer.

Thanks for your interest in helping make the ArcGIS Product better. As you are making a request for an enhacment, the best forum for this would be www.ideas.arcgis.com. This is a forum where you and other users can submit ideas and suggestions for the software and vote up or down on the ideas of others. The development team monitors this page and has used in suggestions in building version 10.1. You could add an idea for the functionality you are desiring, and see if others believe that this is an idea worth voting on.
