Hello Rizbee,

Thank you for your question. When you download the Campus Basemap Template, there should be a "Getting_Started_Campus_Basemap_Template" PDF document. This serves as an outline for the template. If you need more information, you can post your question on the Mapping Center Forum, located here: http://forums.arcgis.com/forums/38-Map-Templates. I'm sure that they would be happy to assist you. Also, some of the same methodology may be able to be used that is currently used for the Community Maps Template. I'm not sure if you are working with ArcGIS 9.3.1 or ArcGIS 10.0, but I have provided links below to our Help system for both versions.

ArcGIS 9.3.1-
http://help.arcgis.com/en/communitymaps/9.3/help/index.html

ArcGIS 10.0-
http://help.arcgis.com/en/communitymaps/10.0/help/index.html

I hope this helps!

Thank you,
Tamara Yoder

Tamara Yoder, Geospatial Analyst
Esri, 380 New York Street, Redlands, CA 92373, USA
T 909-793-2853, ext. 5028, tyoder@esri.com, esri.com
