I don't know how to obtain this polygon boundary symbol

I'd like to depict a number of irregularly-shaped polygons with this boundary symbol. I've searched for this symbol in the avail ArcGIS 10 styles. I've tried creating the symbol in gis and doing a screen capture to save it as a jpg and modifying an existing line symbol via the symbol properties, all unsuccessfully. Can someone tell me where I could find this symbol canned or, if not, some steps to create this symbol.

You can make this through the polygon's simple fill symbol outline property, using a regular line and a hash line symbol.

Due to my limited practice doing symbol editing, I really benefited from your tips. It took an hour of practice, but by adding this step to your procedure
