Printing from PDF issue ?

Hi,

I have been having an issues with the PDF when I exported from ArcMap. In ArcMap, I set up the layout as 34 x 24 landscape.

But when I export it to PDF and wanted to print to 11 x 17. It seems like when it prints the image is offset on the paper or sometimes it would print to 8.5 x 11 . Has anyone ever had that problem ?

I have ArcGIS 10.3.1

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

Question : So when you first open the PDF and go to the File -> Print settings

Here is what I have here . The Actual Size should be set to 17 x 11 but it showing as it is 8.5 x 11 (purple square color). If I change it to Fit , it will fit the document but why does it set to 8.5 x 11 instead of 17 x 11 ?

Does anyone have any suggest as why it does this way ? Is it my ArcGIS 10.3.1 not up to with the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC ?

This is driving my crazy !

it is probably the default setting for the printer or for acrobat

Yes, it is what it looks like. My IT Specialist is looking into getting me a new driver for this to see it works.
