I believe what you're looking for is parcel data. This kind of data is typically managed by individual, local governments, such as a county or a local municipality. Sometimes this data will be available for free to download at the managing agency website but I'm not aware of any free source for this kind of data that would cover the entire USA. Many commercial data providers do offer parcel data for larger areas (such as an entire country) for sale, although even these datasets may be incomplete. You can search the internet for "parcel data" to find data providers or local agencies by searching for "parcel data" plus the area of interest, for example: "Parcel Data Jefferson County Ohio".

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post in-

But I was looking for a map layer that contains lines/boundaries of US properties. My attachment is exactly what I'm looking for.

(note: the attachment is a screenshot of zillow.com, which uses Bing maps I believe)

Thanks!
Aaron

I meant to add that if you were looking for a basemap on ArcGIS online rather than a dataset to aquire, you might have some luck posting this question at the ArcGIS Online forum.

Check or http://www.boundarysolutions.com/BSI/page1.php , there have >3200 county maps. They also have some patents so be aware. I did some work with them a couple years ago.
