Siple Labeling in ArcMap 10.3 freezes and stop rersponding

Every time I try to change simple graphic labels ArcMap 10.3 stops and the selector arrow becomes four sided and it freezes everything, then it comes back with picture properties, I am not even working with pictures at this point.

Wasting my time for simple labeling. Please let me know if it's happening only to me or it's problem with ARCMAP 10.3.

I never had this problem before.

Hi Mita,

You could check-up with the following step apart from following the blog.

1) Close all ArcGIS Applications. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.3\Utilities. Right-click AdvancedArcMapSettings.exe, and run as administrator. Click "Reset all values to default".
