Adjust color ramp raster tif

Hello everyone,

I am trying to reproduce the same characteristics of a raster tif than the same attached in the picture.

I have a raster tif with different value. I already excluded all values above 1000 as they are land area.

I now want to have a descrete color ramp or stretched color ramp, but want to adjust it with certain values/breaks where the colour changes. it should look like this:

But I just achieved this:

Hi, not sure if it is what you need but you can give it a try:

change the stretch type into Min-Max

then check Edit High/Low value and change the values.

Now, I can set them manually, but I can not change the values in between. What I mean is: I want also a legend like above, showing the value steps between min and max with the values and like to adjust them manually so from 0.1-1, 1-10, 10-50, 50-100, 100-300 and 300-1000, but still as stretched color. Now it looks like this:

Click on Labeling button and see change the values from there.

Okay, I did the labelling. Changed number of intervals and as I don't want the same intervalls I tried to change the values manually, but didn' work. I type in the right value, but it switches back to the original value.

Not sure why, but it does the same to me.

Do this:

1) labeling: change the values as you like

2) click OK to close the window (apparently I have to click twice)

3) straight after click Apply in the Symbology tab

4) reopen the Labeling and now it should be changed and the symbology reclassified.

Okay, now I can change the label, but still not the values. So in the end it is still wrong as I need to change the values that are in that class/range

Value and Label should be the same

Change the values, not the labels.

If you change the values, the labels change accordingly.

(Sorry, just realized that before I wrote "labels" instead of values.)

But I can not change the values. I type something in and it switches back to the value before

Ah, I found the mistake: You need to change the values starting from minimum. If you do maximum first it is not working. Thank you very much for your help

Start from the bottom.

Probably it's because the values overlap.

In case you check back: If you need this more than once ... think about creating a function template using the raster functions of "remap" and "attribute table", story it as a rft.xml that you can easily edit and reuse - PLUS your data will have a proper legend in the TOC then. Make sure you honor the valuable hints on compression and resampling in the attribute table function description. Feel free to ask if things are unclear. Provide a small sample image if needed.
