      <title>Polar Projection Hole</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am making a circumpolar map and have added the Oceans Basemap to it. There is a hole in the basemap coverage right at the North Pole. I have seen a Story Map that manages to have coverage for this area.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;From what I recall, the hole comes from the fact that they cut the tiles off at something like 1 degree North. This means there is no coverage for that small area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My workaround was to photoshop some appropriate water into the hole and export that out as an image for my story map.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can see how this looks here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="image-1 jive-image" height="226" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/478298_pastedImage_1.png" width="450" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Almost invisible. If I were better at Photoshop I think I could've made it disappear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
