      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a quick and easy way to create a buffer around&amp;nbsp;a data frame?&amp;nbsp;I have some data layers that are geographically much larger than the data frame, and I would like to clip them so that they are only slightly larger than the data frame.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;My day at work has just finished.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't guarantee that my answer isn't an idiocy&amp;nbsp;&lt;IMG src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/emoticons/laugh.png" /&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/emoticons/laugh.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would create a polygon as big as the data frame, then a buffer at x meters and use this to clip.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
