adopta a catch basin configuration

Hi All,

I have configured the adopta catch basin app but I am not able to have users login. Emails records are created in the UserTable table and an email is sent with a link to app.

The app will say "email already exists" when the link is clicked...so no catch basin can be adopted 😞

Upon further review, I remembered that I had this issue when signing in before.

Deleting the user from the user table resolved the issue on my end. Can you try that and re-login?

Chris,

I recreated user table and republished gp service and wab map. Still having same issue, even when trying several new emails.

Chris,

I have a suspicion the URL sent after providing a new email is trying to "SignUp" as opposed to "Login"

Can you clarify what the directions should be on this page:

The steps do not exactly match dialogs in ArcGIS 10.4.1. Which action to use for the edit and the run?
