Citizen Reporter / Map Issue

I am using Citizen Reporter for our community. The link can be found here: http://kimballtwp.maps.arcgis.com/apps/CrowdsourceReporter/index.html?appid=597d0904eec44b2eab2e18168a9cc2ca# . I have 4 maps and I can make changes to any of them, except this week I can no longer add items to the Blight Problems map. I get the following error: "Values could not be submitted." I also tried to make modifications in ARCGIS.com and was not able to add points in ARCGIS either.

Hi Rob,

There is something strange going on with that layer totally unrelated to Reporter, but I'm not sure what. I added your blight service to a new web map and couldn't create features. I created a copy of your blight layer (Contents>Create>Feature Layer>From URL and used the URL to your blight layer) and I can create features without issue in the web map.

Your best bet to resolve this might be to contact Esri Support Services or your local distributor.
