Classifying LiDAR points, random codes mixed in with building points

Hello,

I am classifying lidar data in Arc Pro 2.4, using the Classify LAS tools.

I am finding many random vegetation points are mixed in with the building points. Is there a way to re-classify these points based on their proximity to the building points, or some other way? I did the building points first and based on the fact that it goes by area, it seems strange that there are points in the middle of the buildings that did not classify, and later get picked up in the vegetation classification.

My main goal is to extract building footprints.
