Add more ArcGIS Online options in Learn lessons

Lessons like https://learn.arcgis.com/en/projects/assess-burn-scars-with-satellite-imagery/ had been developed for Pro, but now could be supported with AGO (Image Analysis, in this case). Would be nice to have alternative platform options.

I've made sure our project manager knows of this request; thanks for asking! If I recall correctly, that lesson was the basis of an Earth Imagery at Work MOOC exercise.
