ArcGIS Survey 123 Connect Error

Would anyone tell me why I get the error here ?

Scroll down to Create and test surveys for data collection then

go to modify the new survey

Hi @DEAF_PROBERT_68 you can click OK on that error dialog. See the step immediately before the Modify the new survey section:

Never mind ! I took care of it right before you answered. I think it is because I copied and paste to the bottom of the Excel is what caused the error.

I play it around and test by delete the copied and paste. It worked.

To be honest , sometimes it can be unclear on that exercise ! It takes a time to figure it out ...BTW

How do I fix it ?
