I am trying to overwrite a hosted feature layer for one of the learn.arcgis tutorials. The files on my computer are definitely in the correct place. It may be a Windows issue but all of my permissions are set correctly. I have done this before with no issue. Here is my code:

pythonhelp #overwrite hosted feature‌

arcgis courses‌
