I have a M-1 related table (Sales) and a Polygon feature (Parcels) I want to create a point feature for the sales. If I join to the Parcels I only get the first sale to join but I need all of them. Is there any way to do this? They are related by the PIN and they do not have addresses in either to geocode with.

I have taken the parcels and created a point feature, then used add X,Y to that and then joined that to the sales table and used display x,y data. Arcmap froze due to the size of the file.
