Anyone have CADD Digital Submission Standards

Does anyone have digital submission guidelines for CADD intergration into GIS; more specifically into the parcel fabric. We are trying to work our way to an ordinance that would require this.

The data that we want to implement these standards on would be recorded Parcel Maps and Final Maps(Subdivisions)
