    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I remapped 150 platted parcels&amp;nbsp;and want to transfer attributes from an archived non-fabric layer to the new tax parcels in the parcel fabric.&amp;nbsp; I can choose tax parcels as a Source Layer, but not as a Target Layer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
