Internal crashes related to Basemaps

Hello everyone,

We’ve been encountering recurring app crashes reported by our monitoring tool. These crashes seem to stem from two specific issues, which appear to be related to one another.

Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to replicate the problem on our end. However, based on the last logged request, the crash seems to occur when we attempt to access a URL of this type:

It looks like the issue originates internally within the SDK.

We’re wondering if there’s any updated guidance on how to properly manage basemaps to avoid these crashes. Has anyone experienced similar issues or found a workaround?

We’d greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions. Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi,
Haven't seen this specific crash before. Have some questions to see if we can come up a repro case.

Do you know if you are using only the vector tiled basemaps or have other RasterLayers as well in operational layers?

What is the version of the SDK you are using? Also do you have any device information for these crash logs?

Regarding the first question, we don’t have any information about the use of other layers.

Here are some details about the devices where the error has been reported:

Currently, we are using version 200.6.0 of the SDK.
