Hi,

We're planning to develop a native application for Android using Esri SDKs. Which SDK would be the better choice at present? While the Kotlin SDKs are available, they're still in beta phase and not yet in production. Given this situation, would it be wise to use Kotlin, or should we opt for the Java-based ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android (which will become outdated with the release of the Kotlin version)?

Also will there be any major changes with Kotlin production release later?

Thanks,

Abhishek Kumar Choudhary

Hi there. The answer for the Kotlin SDK is the same as that for your question about the Swift SDK here. 200.1 of the Kotlin SDK will be production ready, and we're anticipating a release next week.

Hope this helps!
