I am currently working on the technical architecture for an on-premise ArcGIS Server deployment that needs to support multiple teams and a large number of users. To ensure optimal capacity planning and resource allocation, I am looking for the latest version of the Esri Capacity Planning Tool (CPT) in Excel format.

Could you please share the most recent version of the tool or guide me on how to access it? I am particularly interested in using the tool to estimate the required ArcGIS Server licenses, hardware specifications, and network capacity based on our expected load, which includes:

Multiple map services, feature services, and geoprocessing services

High volume of point features (approx. 2000 points per request)

Concurrent users across 20 teams, with up to 1000 users per team

If there are any newer guidelines or resources for capacity planning beyond the CPT, I would appreciate it if you could share those as well.
