After using ssl， faild to add arcGIS server

Hi, some days ago,I changed security configuration protocol "https only"，and imported ca root and ssl certificate.Then I tried to open the site "https://xxx.com:6443/arcgis/admin",that's OK,but use arcGIS desktop ArcCatalog to add ArcGIS Server,appeared error infomation, faild to add arcGIS server.Now how to process this Problem,thanks!

What version is ArcGIS Desktop/ ArcGIS Enterprise ?

Is ArcGIS Desktop installed in the same machine as ArcGIS Server?

Are you trying to add Server for Administrator or Publisher? For publishing, try adding the URL as https://xxx.com:6443/arcgis

Is web adaptor installed and configured with ArcGIS Server?

Did you receive any extended error message (Screenshot)?

Hi,ArcGIS Desktop version is 10.2.2.

ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Server were installed both in the same machine.

I tried to add Server for Administrator, adding the URL as https://xxx.com:6443/arcgis.

I'm sure that the URL,User Name and Password is correct.

Also, I read the help document on ArcGIS site,followed the steps to configure,but still failed.
Only one machine for GIS Server, does web adaptor still need to be instlled? It isn't mentioned in the help document.

Is "arcgis" (username) your primary site administrator name, that you use to login to ArcGIS Server Manager on a browser?

Have you allowed the required ports through firewall?

Could you also test the connection by connecting with just the primary machine name, e.g. https://xxx:6443/arcgis

Yes,"arcgis" is the site administrator name.

I can use it to login ArcGIS Server Manager on browser,but not sucessfully add ArcGIS Server on ArcCatalog.

I sure that the port "6443" allowed through firewall.Just now I turned off the firewall,then tried again,but still faild.

I try all ways what I know and what I can do,but I don't know really what configuration or steps I may forget!

Please tell me the steps or configuration, when use https as SSL certificate.
