Web Map in Drupal 7.59 returns code; Map creation failed: {"code":400,"messageCode":"CONT_0001","message":"Item does not exist or is inaccessible."

I am currently building a web site in Drupal 7.59, that uses a ArcGIS Web Map. I am new to ArcGIS and the map and server were built and are run by a different department, so my knowledge is just what I could teach myself.

I added everything I needed to add the map into the site, and the site accesses the map's data, showing the map's name, information, and link. However, the map fails to build and displays, and returns the error code;

Map creation failed: {"code":400,"messageCode":"CONT_0001","message":"Item does not exist or is inaccessible."

Does Anyone know what this code means, and how to fix it?
