      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am building an enterprise Portal Site. How am I going name services and hosted feature layers, how do I manage the folders? Are there any recommendations other than the spreadsheets and Visio "Site Architecture Diagrams"? Are there any best practices for this type of development? oh don't get me started on sites, pages and dashboards...….but they are inevitable…..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
