Project: To replace ‘less efficient methods of storing and monitoring of Real Property Records of the American Samoa Government with a GIS-centric approach that uses ArcGIS Enterprise.

Dedicate the Month of February to attend ESRI Conference with the purpose of developing system on the fly through conference events Hands-on-Training Sessions and Developers Programs

yes that is possible the each county have the GIS data shape file and data ,you just need to use that data nad map to connect map,there is appraisal properties data also.

you just need to custumize the application as per the need .

Please let me know if you have plan to custumize application i will develop the java spring framework based application.
