My question is how do I enable the selection feature of the map that I am building?<BR /><BR />For example when I am editing the Arc Map Web Part I am able to click and select a layers feature like a county in California, but after I have saved the Map Web Part it no longer allows me to click on the feature anymore unless I add a brand new layer of data.</P><P></P><P>Why is this?&nbsp;<BR /><BR />I want my users of the map to be able to click on the data and see the info graphic popups without having to edit the map in anyway.
