@JorgeNieto data have raw old format, I am having problems importing .IMD files, they are incomplete and use NIFT format but does not recognize panchromatic or Multispectral.

I have some question about 3d mesh. from this video Using Satellite Imagery in ArcGIS Reality for ArcGIS Pro - Esri Videos: GIS, Events, ArcGIS Products & Industries (9.01) it show the result of 3d product that use Neo Pleiades so i'm not sure that the result in video show 3D Mesh of Barcelona. Is it mean the product of satellite is 3d meah or DSM Mesh. Do you have any document that shown total product of satellite in 2D or 3D

Hi Jake,

Good day. From satellite imagery two products can be generated presently using ArcGIS Reality for ArcGIS Pro in Pro3.2. They are:

1) Digital Surface Model

2) DSM Mesh

The mesh depicted in the video is a DSM mesh generated from Pleiades Neo Tri-Stereo imagery. Below are some links that provide additional information.

Hi ChrisP ,

The different of 3D Mesh / DSM Mesh is Texture Mesh / 2D Texture mesh?. Did I understand correctly? and how can i check which satellite image can process DSM Mesh. Do you have some small sample data that i can try to process DSM Mesh?

Hi Jake, I tested with various sample data from my company. You can do DSM and DSM Mesh, the difference between DSM Mesh and 3D Mesh is that DSM Mesh is created or reconstructed from TIN and 3D Mesh by 3D point clouds. If you have a Aerial Nadir Imagery only, the best option to create 3D models is DSM Mesh but if you have both Nadir and Oblique Imagery, you can create 3D Mesh and have better results in the modeling.
