      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hey &lt;A href="https://community.esri.com/migrated-users/257755"&gt;Marilyn Nielson&lt;/A&gt;‌,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like there might be an issue with the students Ctrl key on the keyboard. If you hold ctrl and drag an item in the contents panel it will create a copy of the item.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they have another keyboard I would suggest they try that. You can also narrow down if the ctrl key is being pressed in by trying some other keyboard shortcuts in other applications like word (ctrl+c or ctrl+v) and see if those actions trigger just when they press c or v without pressing ctrl.
