If you hold ctrl and drag an item in the contents panel it will create a copy of the item.</P><P></P><P>If they have another keyboard I would suggest they try that. You can also narrow down if the ctrl key is being pressed in by trying some other keyboard shortcuts in other applications like word (ctrl+c or ctrl+v) and see if those actions trigger just when they press c or v without pressing ctrl.
