Perfect. To get a good fit, it looks as if I need to perform a couple of passes, first with affine adjustment and then rubbersheet.

Many thanks,
Jon

I am trying to warp a shapefile with an undefined projection to a basemap with a known projection. I can do this for raster data using Warp; however, I do not see a straightforward method for polygons. In a previous life, I used the ShapeWarp extension (http://arcscripts.esri.com/details.asp?dbid=10088) in ArcView, is there an equivalent for ArcGIS?

Thanks,
Jon
