if-then statement to run a model

Hi,

I am very new to Modelbuilder and have hit a wall. I have managed to build 2 separate models for the effects of flooding on vegetation, one for water level increases (flooding) and one for water level decreases (exposed) as the vegetation respond differently under each scenario. I have created a third model with the above 2 models nested inside. I have 2 parameters "present water level" and "future water level" in this third model. I would like to build a statement that says "if future water level > present water level, then run model Flooded. Else run the exposed model. Do I do this with "create value" and if so, how? I am even less familiar with scripts. Do I just say else : # EK veg model EXPOSED.
