    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The Cut/Fill tool in 3D analyst allows us to create a map based on two input surfaces - before and after - displaying the gain or loss of the areas and volumes of surface materials. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But how do I determine the "after" surface if I know the "before" surface and the amount of gain?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For example, I know the original water surface level of a lake, and the sediment volume that is filled into the lake within a year. Can I use any 3D analyst tool to determine and visually present the raised water surface level due to the sediment increase?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have tried "TIN polygon volume", but it doesn't provide the exact function that I need.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I appreciate your help.
