OSM Toolbox - Load OSM File Fails

Hello,

I am having the same issue as this past question from 2013: Load Open Street Map Data. However, when I correct file paths as suggested in the thread, the run fail persists.

I am using the Load OSM File tool from the OpenStreetMap Toolbox to load a country level .osm file into a geodatabase feature class. I turned off background geoprocessing. When I run the tool, I receive the following error message:

Does anyone have an idea of what I could be doing wrong? Apologies in advance if this is a duplicate of another question.
