    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm using the "Make Route Event Layer" inside a model and it is generating empty layers.&amp;nbsp; When I do the same exact thing in ArcMap, it generates a populated layer.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas on why this might be taking place?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Michael Miller&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
