However the roads are all polylines that are mapped to the road edges. Thus 1 road will have a left side and a right side polyline - (not labled as such). I want to create a polygon that fills in the space between these lines. The feature to Polygon tool makes a polygon out of all possible connections (including areas without any roads, not just the roads themselves).
